- Photodermatoses (skin conditions worsened by light).
- Malignant cancers.
- Skin diseases such as vitiligo or psoriasis.
- Blood clotting disorders.
- Tendency to develop keloid scars.
- Active skin infections in the treatment area (fungal, viral, or bacterial).
